This hotel is secured and overall clean, has efficient staff and magnificent location near to downtown.

There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was great! The staff was pleasant and I had a late checkout. It was a such great stay, quiet place.

Hotel was boutique, I loved it. It was in the central location close to downtown.

Loved the atmosphere of this shopping hotel, ideal location and carpeted rooms. Microwave and complimentary wireless internet in the room and the amazing bed. The continental breakfast that I ordered was good hot. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Chicago.

I had non-smoking queen room with the heater as well as bunk beds. The restaurant was magnificent, special service, astonishing food...

I had an exceptional stay at this PEACEFUL hotel. Original rooms with incredible beds, decent location. Relaxing view of lake. Thorough staff who were happy to help and answered my questions. The breakfast was above average, variety of food. I loved easy check in too.

I loved this hotel, it was fairly clean and sweet. The food was appetising, with lots of options. There were stores and retailers around the venue. Impeccable service during my enjoyable stay.

Right place for party at good prices. Really enjoyed the queen size bed. Moreover, it was easy to park on site.

The twin room was ideal for our trip. The personnel of the hotel were FRIENDLY. It's extremely close to The Ogden with nice drinks and cocktails.

Good food for all meals. Great location, Midway International airport was 9 miles away. If your plans include visiting willis tower, you should stay here. Near West Side neighborhood is worth looking into.
